Yes I would like to tincture them and use them in a perfume creation. But the plant is a little on the small side so I don't know how much fragrance I would be able to get from the flowers. Since I took this photo a few days ago though, quite a few more flowers have bloomed. I think I will mainly experiment with these for a while and see how it goes. Thanks for stopping by.
Hey Angel, yeah they are really pretty. They grow quite regularly here, people grow them mainly as ornamentation. I do have a little frangipani oil, but it came from Haiti - it has a lovely sweet smell.
I make artisan soaps, fragrances and skin care products using the finest essential oils, spices and botanicals from around the world.
This blog is mainly dedicated to all that inspires me - from recipes, botanicals, vintage & antiques, to the various cultures and history of the Caribbean and Africa.

That is so pretty. Are you planning to use them for perfume?
How beautiful I love flowers.
